What the process looks like
It starts with an architecture workshop where we plan the content model, the URL structure, the template system, and the measurement stack. Then design and content work happen in parallel with technical buildout. We ship to a staging URL early and iterate live.
By launch, your team has been trained on how to maintain the site, publish content, and extend the design system without needing us.
When it makes sense
If your current site is fighting against you. If the CMS is slow, the markup is noisy, the structure is fragmented, or the technical debt is too deep to patch. If you’re serious enough about the AI search shift to invest in a proper foundation rather than keep patching the old one.
